The texture is smooth as I lick
And firm as I nibble
To savor to the fullest I linger
Rather than haste
The flavor is natural
Not overly sweet
Or bitter
The form is protuberances and valleys
Which tantalize my tongue
And challenge my teeth
The volume is large
More than two hands full
Oh I so love these mounds
Of dark chocolate
